My ideal therapy clients are adolescent females and adult women looking for support for understanding their patterns and making positive changes in their lives. In our work together, my goal is to help clients find calm, clarity, and direction. I lean on strategies from cognitive behavioral and mindfulness traditions to support shifting perspectives, challenging outdated narratives and beliefs, and changing habits in line with client values and goals. Over time, clients can see themselves and their worlds with greater clarity and find freedom from unhealthy patterns of thinking and behavior.
