Hello and welcome! I feel honored to walk alongside others to provide comfort and support during difficult or overwhelming times in life. People have done that for me, and it has been instrumental in my life. We are not meant to live this life on our own, and if I can help shoulder some of the burden you may be carrying then I count myself blessed. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a variety of mental health needs. I specialize in treating individuals for anxiety, problematic thinking patterns, depression, life transitions and PTSD.
