You can access pleasure from right where you are. I'm Jordan Gaines and I believe perfection is not the prerequisite to live fully and be well. Maybe you'd like to have a softer relationship to your body, maybe you'd like to be more vulnerable in your relationships, or maybe you want to truly believe that good things are possible for you. Whatever the barrier to you embracing your full self, therapy with me can be a soft and honest place to land. I specialize in sex and relationship therapy for Black women and Queer couples. My work is rooted in culturally-affirming and trauma-informed care. Therapy with me invites you to be curious and vulnerable while safely engaging with the unknown. I collaborate with you to honor your autonomy and encourage the fullness of your humanity. I draw from relational, humanistic, and mindfulness approaches to meet you where you are, while exploring and pursuing where you want to go.
