Out of fear of rejection, we often hide parts of ourselves and move through life feeling unseen. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that hold you back from building the relationships and future you desire. I work with adults, couples, adolescents (ages 10–12), and teens. I offer a safe space to explore your life, heal wounds, and reconnect with your values. Together, we’ll build awareness around your experiences and how they shape your choices. I’m inspired by how clients create the future they want through deeper understanding and self-discovery.
