Maybe you are someone who have spent much of your life adapting to environments that were not built with you in mind, often prioritizing others needs while quietly pushing your own aside.Motherhood, relationships, and work may have intensified these feelings. For much of your life, you have learned to mask and push through environments that have overwhelmed you, internally and externally. While others may see you as resilient, internally you may feels overstimulated, emotionally draining, or even disconnected from yourself. Maybe, you are seeking a space where cultural identity, neurodivergence, and your roles in life are understood as central, not secondary. My work is for deeply intuitive, highly capable BIPOC women and mothers who are not looking to be fixed, but to feel more like themselves.
