When life gets hard, sometimes what we need most is a listening ear; someone to help untangle the mental ball of yarn that is our thoughts and feelings. I’m here to walk alongside you and empower you through your healing and therapeutic journey. Parents: has your child started to act out or shut down? I’m here to support them through life’s challenges. I offer therapy for children and teens, along with parent training, so your whole family can grow and heal together.
