For me, "Play" has always been a place where I feel most alive, whether through physical activity, creativity, or connecting with others. Like so many people, the adventurous culture of Denver stole my heart. My favorite thing to do is play outdoors and laugh with the people I love. I believe that as humans we all crave that sense of playfulness and freedom. I am passionate about supporting others to find their own sense of play to create the life they want. In my practice, Brainspotting is at the heart of my practice because of its undeniable impact on human healing.
