I lean heavy on authenticity, honesty, empathy, humor, & respect. My approach might not be the most conventional as I’m more laid back than the stereotypes, & I bring a new age approach to sessions. I hope that by me showing up unapologetically myself, that it will encourage clients to do the same. I strive to create space where folks feel safe, seen, & heard without judgment. I believe in meeting people where they’re at to keep expectations realistic, & individualizing the work we do based on each persons unique experiences, needs, & goals for a more integrative approach. The majority of my clinical experience has been as a QMHP & emergency crisis clinician in community mental health, which exposed me to a wide range of mental health & co-occurring issues within our community, ages ranging from toddler to geriatric, & each with very different treatment needs, & life & systematic experiences.
