My practice is focused on helping you connect with your authentic self and achieve your personal vision of emotional and relational wellbeing. A core aspect of my approach is relational and attachment-focused therapy— using the therapeutic relationship to uncover patterns and dynamics that shape how you engage with yourself and others. Through this exploration, you will develop an authentic, attuned, and compassionate relationship with yourself, which will help you foster healthy relationships with others. My clients typically seek support with identifying and changing patterns connected to their childhood or past relationships, but may feel stuck in the process. I help clients uncover awareness of these patterns through emotionally-focused techniques that encourage self-trust, relational repair, and improved communication and connection.
