I’m excited you are here and looking to make some changes to improve your (or a child/teen’s) life and daily functioning! My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, empathetic, and judgment-free space for my clients to work through the challenges they are facing through collaboration with me as their therapist. I understand that a solid relationship with me is necessary for therapy to be successful and that therapy can be an intimidating process to begin. Because of this, I come into every session with patience, empathy, no judgments, and the willingness to be flexible in my approach.
