Are you struggling in an intimate relationship that seems unrecognizable these days? Are you experiencing chaos, numbness, rage, suffering from negative thoughts, addiction, or feeling haunted from the past? It is my mission to provide ethical and meaningful counseling services to those who are willing and ready to take the pathway selfward, to engage in a process of healing and improving one’s life and relationships. Even though I don't yet know you or what has brought you here, I do know that the very thing that brought you here is the key to your growth and healing. I offer short-term solution-focused or long-term insight-focused therapy. I typically work with adults 18 and older having issues with self-esteem, relationships, depression, anxiety, addiction, or generally feeling a lack of fulfillment. I also have a special passion for working with couples looking to increase intimacy and navigate turbulent times.
