Hello! I am a graduate from the University of Illinois School of Social Work Champaign-Urbana. I also received training at the Center for Family Studies/The Family Institute of Chicago and am a Fellow in the American Group Psychotherapy Association. As a senior clinician, I have many years of training and practice in the provision of trauma informed care, serious mental illness and treatment for addictions, anxiety, and depression. My approach is cognitive, interpersonal, and trauma informed utilizing family systems theory and enhanced by many years of experience with diverse populations. I have expertise in working with adolescents and adults in both individual, couples, group, and family therapy. I believe if you can change how you think, you can change how you feel.
