I believe that everyone is affected in complex ways by the relationships they have with other people in their life as well as with themselves. One of my main focuses is on helping clients to develop a positive and healthy relationship with themselves. My therapeutic approach is to work alongside my clients to find their strengths and build a toolbox of skills to help cope with feelings of depression and anxiety and deal with trauma. I value authenticity and encourage my clients to openly communicate and collaborate with me regarding their own treatment.
