I specialize in the treatment of late-diagnosed/adult ADHD and OCD. Life doesn't have to feel so hard and there IS a place for you in it. I look forward to walking with you on your journey back to your true self, using your inherent strengths and resources to thrive. I use a feminist, social justice and trauma-informed lens to promote acceptance and change. In addition to OCD and ADHD, I work with couple's, issues with addiction, LGBTQIA+ individuals, helping professionals, grief, chronic illness, death anxiety and death preparedness. I use ICBT, CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT and Relational Life Therapy approaches.
