My clients often find me in a moment of tension. They are stuck between who they want to be, and where they find themselves currently. I come from a family of immigrants and entrepreneurs, and understand the pressure to build a life, carry expectations, and stay connected to your own voice in the process. A core part of my therapy with individuals, couples, and families is the deeper understanding, connection, and love of our own natures. I work with people navigating demanding careers, burnout, identity questions, perfectionism, or the subtle emotional cost of being the one others rely on– the one who “makes it.” They want something meaningful, but not at the expense of their creative energy, voice, or well-being.
