Accepting new clients; 1pm-8pm availability Monday-Friday. I am not a counselor who only "repeats back what you just said" (though this is important). I believe that counselors need both competency and wisdom, in order to be effective. My aim as a counselor is to earn your trust and respect, so that you can feel confident in the counseling process. Many of the psychological views and tools used in therapy have been developed through experience, mentorship, and my own mental health journey. I also provide psychoeducation on trauma, neurotransmitters, gut health, sleep, and other "unseen barriers" to making progress.
