Many people have been hurt in relationships. Yet, we often forget the capacity for learning, growth & healing these experiences can offer. I use evidence-based, holistic approaches to help clients uncover patterns, explore emotions, & develop coping skills that promote growth & recovery. Trauma & unresolved emotions often become "trapped" in our bodies & unconsciously compel us to repeat the same cycles, which we feel powerless to change. In addition to supporting my client’s relationships to themselves & to others, I help them regain a sense of empowerment & agency over their lives & a sense of safety in their mind, body, & spirit.
