My primary experience focuses on teens and adults with trauma-based issues, depression, anxiety, and family dysfunction/conflict issues. I want my clients to be empowered throughout their therapy journey. We are capable of having big feelings AND doing hard things, such as facing our traumas or stress. Sometimes we feel stuck and don't know what to do, and that's where therapy is a great place to be; to learn insight to ourselves, create boundaries (with self and others), and experience all of what life has to offer.
