I work with teens, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are navigating bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, identity questions, life transitions and relationship concerns. As a queer therapist, I know the power of being fully seen in a safe and affirming space. I am passionate about supporting young adults and queer clients in building and maintaining lives that feel authentic and aligned with their values. My therapeutic approach is grounded in connection and collaboration helping you build the skills to face life with more confidence and self-compassion.
