Relationship distress can feel heavy, and I am here to help you carry that weight. As a systemic couples therapist, I believe that an individual is not the “problem,” rather that the “problem” is the undesirable pattern of interactions that are maintained by unhealed wounds. All behavior makes sense in context, and I am happy to work alongside you to identify that context and facilitate your healing and growth. My style of conducting therapy is client-centered, emotionally-focused, and culturally sensitive. In the therapy room, I approach sessions with a laidback, direct, curious, and non-judgmental lens. Together we'll understand what experiences affect current behaviors, we’ll identify unmet needs, and facilitate new solutions to effectively meet those needs.
