About
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults, but something in their lives may feel off. Some struggle with constant overthinking or getting stuck in their head, self criticism and doubt bringing them down, or challenging relationships or period of transition. Even when it’s not clear exactly what’s wrong, there’s often a desire to understand things more deeply. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and develop more sustainable ways of relating to yourself and others. My style is relational, warm and supportive and I tailor therapy to you as an individual. I often work with individuals struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, or stress related to their relationships, family or life transitions. I offer a calm, collaborative space to examine inner patterns and experiences in order to better understand yourself.
