Whether you are trying to establish clear boundaries in your relationships or looking for the mental grit to achieve athletic excellence, I am here to help. As a marathoner and athlete myself, I understand the discipline required to reach the next level—both on the field and in life. I offer a judgment-free zone for young women and structure for competitive athletes through a solution-focused approach. If you feel overwhelmed, we’ll build a plan and develop strategies together. If you just need to vent, I’m here to listen. My goal is to help you navigate relationships, build self-esteem, and discover how strong and worthy you truly are.
