I became a therapist to support individuals through life’s changes and challenges as we journey through childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. I strive to increase access to mental health for all individuals and believe representation of all identities is important in this field. I strive to create a safe and inviting space in session where we can process the feelings that come with life's changes and stressors all while working together to collaborate on realistic solutions. Working with me, no two sessions will be the same. I understand that as times change, so do our needs and my flexibility will reflect that.
