My therapeutic approach is conversational, empathetic, and direct. I primarily work with men to address anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I prioritize open communication and offer insights with kindness, even when they are difficult to hear. I use CBT, mindfulness, trauma-focused therapy, Gottman, and Relational Life Therapy to guide the process.
