Caring for one’s mental health is an ongoing process. As we navigate life’s challenges and work toward our goals, new obstacles arise. Trauma and recovery are key aspects of this journey, and building meaningful relationships is vital to healing. Self-awareness and balance help us realize we already possess the tools to lead a fulfilling life. When life gets hectic, it’s important to return to the basics, reframe our thinking, and appreciate the process. I earned my MSW from the University of Georgia and am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I am dedicated and passionate about supporting others on their healing journey. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, and addiction. My psychodynamic approach is tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate a Person-Centered approach with EMDR, CBT, IFS for effective, individualized care. I use a trauma-informed, emotionally focused, and harm reduction lens.
