It can be difficult to manage stressors such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationships. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to create a safe environment built on support and trust for my clients to feel secure and heard. I consider it a privilege to be able to work alongside adults and adolescents individually, as well as couples and families, experiencing challenges in life. I genuinely enjoy working with clients that are open and ready for personal growth and positive life changes in whatever direction they would like to move towards. I truly believe there is no "one size fits all" in therapy.
