Making a change is scary, but having someone who will walk with you through that change makes it more bearable. If you feel lost or bored in your relationship and find yourself in a comparison cycle, wonder why you don’t have a more fulfilling sex life, or are just questioning who you are, that’s okay! You are allowed to have these very real feelings, questions and struggles, and I am here to help. If you meet me with openness and a commitment to make a change, I will meet you with curiosity, authenticity, and accountability (and maybe a bit of sarcasm).
