I specialize in working with couples utilizing the Gottman method which offers couples practical solutions to improve communication, manage conflict, increase intimacy and connection, and making life dreams come true. My work with individuals focuses on healing trauma, managing anxiety and depression, self discovery, and navigating the throws of grief. With families, I help them navigate complex relationships, improve conflict, heal from divorce, and improve parenting practices.
