Do you spend the majority of your day thinking about food or your body? Eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns can feel exhausting. Maybe you felt like you were taking control of something in your life and now an eating disorder has taken control of you. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns to help heal their relationship with food and their bodies. In addition to eating disorders I also work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, perfectionism and trauma which are often co-occurring with eating disorders.
