I take an eclectic approach with various modalities and often bring in creativity through art or storytelling to help you connect with your resilience. My goal is to help you reclaim your voice, build confidence, and create a life that feels meaningful. As a social worker with a background in psychology and gender studies, I bring an affirming, trauma-informed, inclusive lens. My eclectic, strengths-based approach is tailored to each person. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all and often include creativity (storytelling, art, metaphor) to help clients express themselves and feel empowered.
