I believe therapy works best when you can show up exactly as you are. I offer a laid-back, judgment-free space where you don’t have to filter your thoughts or feelings. In my office, silence is okay, and weirdness is welcome. My ideal client may be navigating feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. They could be struggling with life transitions, relationship challenges, or seeking to heal from past trauma. Their challenges often involve difficulty setting boundaries, managing stress, or finding purpose and direction in their lives.
