I’m a Licensed Social Worker who works with children, teens, couples and adults to help them navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion. I specialize in supporting clients through grief, trauma, and emotional transitions, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of children and adolescents. Using a strengths-based approach and Gottman method as well as CBT and DBT, and ERP for OCD. I create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to heal, grow, and thrive at their own pace.
