My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on building resilience and helping clients better understand their emotions, experiences, and strengths. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I am also qualified to complete psychological assessments and evaluations.
