Life can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to balance school, work, relationships, and everything in between. As a licensed mental health counselor, I work with teens and adults to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. My approach is warm and collaborative—I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard and understood, while also gaining practical tools to manage emotions, build confidence, and strengthen relationships.
