As a therapist, I offer compassionate, collaborative support for individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional struggles, relationship difficulties and life transitions. My work with children and families is rooted in an attachment-based framework and play therapy, providing children and families with a safe, expressive space that fosters connection, emotional awareness, self-discovery, and problem-solving. I offer counseling and support for individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period, with a focus on treating postpartum anxiety and depression in a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed way.
