Whether you are new to counseling or have previous experiences as a client in psychotherapy, I am glad you have found your way here. I work with adults in individual counseling on issues related to anger, anxiety, depression, and the effects of adverse childhood experiences - issues that can affect our relationships with ourselves, our friends, partners, spouses, and families. I also work with clients in relationship counseling to enhance communication, commitment, and connection, and to help navigate difficult relationship issues such as recovery from infidelity, intimacy and connection, and collaboration in daily life.
