I practice from a trauma-informed lens and see individuals, couples, children, and families. I review the latest research to treat mood disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder), personality disorders (e.g., BPD, OCD), and so much more. I am also available for bilingual brief crisis intervention.
