I consider relationships to be the single most important part of being human. My work with individuals, couples and families helps them develop the essential skills for cultivating and maintaining satisfying relationships in all sectors of their lives. A primary goal of my work is increased confidence in my clients for handling life transitions, relationship challenges, cross-cultural issues, and trauma recovery through EMDR. I bring to my work life experience from the public sector, an integrated therapeutic approach, and a rich cultural background of German-Jewish, California Indian (Salinan) and Latino. I am actively involved with my Salinan community in reawakening and maintaining our traditional ways. My private practice is located in
