I take an integrative approach to psychotherapy, addressing the interconnected needs of mind, body, and spirit. My work is grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen when we consider the whole person. My goal is to empower and cultivate a compassionate and constructive view of the past, present, and future. By exploring the idea that we are the authors of our own narratives, we can begin to take intentional, proactive steps toward living the life we envision. This approach has proven effective in relationship/family dynamics, conflicts, trauma (physical/sexual abuse), catastrophic events and patterns of addiction
