I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts. I am certified as an Integrative Mental Health Provider, therefore my approach to therapy is holistic by exploring all aspects of mental, physical, and social health as they relate to the presenting issue. I specialize in mindfulness-based stress reduction, trauma/PTSD, prenatal and postpartum care, anxiety/OCD, chronic illness and pain, life coaching, and career challenges. I typically work with adults who are suffering from anxiety and depression, are newly pregnant or new parents, are dealing with relationship issues, or have a chronic illness.
