Therapy is an act of strength, hope, and resilience. Even the happiest and most well-adjusted people may face problems caused by unexpected life challenges and demands. My goal is to collaborate with my clients to promote positive change, growth, and healing from past painful experiences. I have 15 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist. I earned both my Master's degree and a Continued Advanced Graduate Study Degree in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College. I am also pursuing a doctoral degree in Behavioral Health Studies with a focus on Integrated Health Care.
