My name is Jose Hernandez. I am a gay Latino immigrant male. I am a licensed clinical therapist and am completing my PhD. I am also an adjunct professor. I am currently a clinical supervisor at a men’s mental health clinic. My approach to therapy is eclectic as I borrow from different modalities to better serve my clients. My practice is all-inclusive and my clients range in age, gender, and sexual orientation and it includes teens to older adults. In my practice I use trauma-focused modalities, I also tend to use Attachment Therapy, Object Relations, DBT, and CBT, to name a few.
