I’m Jose J. Macias, a first-generation mental health therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from USC (2019). With seven years of experience, I’ve supported individuals in residential treatment, as well as children, adolescents, and families through nonprofits and schools. My goal is to provide aid and support to those seeking to improve their mental health, process trauma, and develop coping strategies to aid with depression, anxiety, grief, behavioral issues, life transitions, family conflicts, and low self-esteem.
