My ideal client navigates life with a neurodivergent mind (ADHD/Autism), often battling anxiety or trauma from trying to fit a mold that wasn't built for them. They struggle with executive dysfunction, sensory overload, and the exhaustion of 'masking' their true selves. They need more than support; they need a neuro-affirming strategist. Their goal is not to 'fix' their brain, but to master it. They want practical tools (CBT/REBT) to handle emotional regulation and focus. Ultimately, they seek to move from surviving chaos to living authentically, finding a space where they are fully understood.
