I'm passionate about working with couples, young adults (who are trying to navigate the blindsiding and mundane parts of being an adult) and mature adults. For the last 15 years of practice, I've enthusiastically partnered with people to help them pursue and build lives that reflect their values and aspirations. We will navigate the complex challenges of life with groundedness and compassion. I integrate research based methods to equip you with new skills and strategies that will help address the barriers getting in the way of finding joy, hope and meaning.
