My name is Jose Medina, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse age groups and utilized a range of treatment modalities to best serve my clients. My sessions focus on mental health education, raising awareness, building on strengths, and empowering clients while tailoring the approach to the most appropriate treatment modality for each individual. I draw from approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus, and Psychodynamic Therapy to adapt my work to each individual’s needs.
