I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck in their own heads. If you’re dealing with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, stress, or just trying to hold everything together while life keeps piling on, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about being judged or “fixed.” It’s about understanding what’s going on beneath the surface, learning practical tools that actually work, and building a life that feels more manageable and meaningful. We’ll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. My approach is collaborative and flexible. Depending on your needs, we may work on emotional regulation, trauma processing, ADHD strategies, stress management, boundaries, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel lost or ignored.
