As a gay, Latino, first-gen therapist, my goal in my practice is to create a safe space by having a judgment-free and compassionate environment. Whether you are exploring your sexuality, LGBTQIA+ and POC concerns, living with anxiety, depression, trauma, or complex relationships, I am here to help you navigate through those emotional situations to a desirable goal. My therapeutic approach is tailored to the unique needs of each client I serve. For the most part, my clinical focus is on anxiety, depression, and career exploration through a lens of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems to support individuals, LGBTQ+ people of color, and first-gen college students.
