About
I work with adults and young adults in both clinical and community settings, bringing experience from private practice, nonprofit organizations, and community-based services. My background includes supporting families impacted by incarceration and guiding individuals reentering the community after release. Many of my clients seek help with depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, life transitions, workplace stress, and grief and loss. As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I bring specialized knowledge to working with individuals navigating attention and executive functioning challenges. I am a Board Approved Supervisor and Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS), and I serve on the Harford County Mental Health & Addictions Advisory Council. In addition, I teach as an Adjunct Professor in Towson University’s Psychology Department, where I share my passion for mental health.
