I am a bilingual therapist who specializes in a wide variety of populations, and have developed a specialization in working with individuals who have intellectual disabilities, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, ODD, and ADHD. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to feel heard, acknowledged, and validated. In sessions I guide clients to learn about their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to be able to meet each of their individual needs. I use a collaborative approach to help clients gain a healthy understanding of themselves and work together to build skills to manage the challenges and difficulties in life.
